Alura's New Employees Onboarding

This lighthearted onboarding video was produced by Alura to welcome new employees — featuring Mr. Carlos, the company founders’ father and a beloved figure in their community.

I led all aspects of voice capture and post-production for audio, ensuring clarity and warmth in delivery while keeping the tone playful. I also contributed to the design of the set and lighting, and supported coordination throughout the shoot.

The challenge was to keep the vibe fun and casual without compromising production quality. It became a project that blended technical precision with humor and heart.
